Both of us don't really like to argue (ok, every couple says that), we always try to avoid argument, as we don't yell on top of our lungs and NEVER argue over silly stuff like "Why you never call me this morning/afternoon/evening?' , " I wanna break up with you", "I like or you like now?","Why you never pick up my call, I hate you" and etc

Well... why couples always argue? Sometimes i find it quiet silly, because I've a case where my friend kiss his girl and the girl cried and yelled at the boy.. I was wondering, who's fault is this? Another case, a girl cried and yelled because of her being over sensitive about his boy, ex-gf. I was wondering again, it's past and he's doing nothing wrong, perhaps nothing he can do about changing the past. Another one, the girl upset because his boy never tell her EVERYTHING about his past. I find it ridiculous.

Yes, be truthful to each other is a good thing, but many people seems to misunderstand the meaning behind the word "truthful". Truthful not "straight-forward"... Question do you like your boy to say that..

Both of us are fire, so.. once we argue.. it's kinda hard for any one of us to say sorry, but i'm learning to say S-O-R-R-Y, k? It's kinda hard for me to "pronounce" that.. yea.. very hard!

I wonder who will want to buy all these, each of them cost around Rm30'000, Ei, since those men are so desperate , go hook up in chow kit even cheaper lo... I decided to put up a post like this.. simply because it's bothering me lately. I'm not to say expert in LEADERSHIP, I'm not trying to against anyone, I'm not trying to act like I'm of one all those "LEADER".

The following is what happening to my "leader" friends around me:

1. Climbing on top of their leader
   
2. Over confident
   
3. Faker
4. Lack of EQ
   
5. Aim high, yes it's a good thing, but not TOO HIGH
   
6. Disobey the rules
7. Leader sitting down and goyang kaki.
8. Selfish

• What do u think about our leader this year? Friendly? yes.. Kind? yes.. Smart?.... Leader skill?... ... ? Let's get back to the voting part, was it really fair for all the leaders? Uh-uh.. I don't think so, it's more like a "popularity" voting.

• I really hate people who are over confident, because whatever you said, they'll never give a damn about it. Well it's ok... They're kind of pathetic sometimes... Because they'll always work on their own, team members hardly own their trust, and people will started to address them LCLY. Eventually, they'll think they're the best, and will tend to climb up to the chairman seat. People who are over confident not to say a bad thing, their workload it's more, and they'll know every detail of the company. But no one will like to hang out with them after working hours.

• Faker... ah-ha... Do u like your team members to give you yes, yes, yes, on everything and make you think that you're good, and when you turn around they'll give u a bitch or bastard instead? Leadership? what about Friendship?

• What is EQ? Emotion Intelligence. There was a time when IQ was considered the leading determinant of success. But no longer in 21st century. At high levels of leadership EQ is even important. Because it give us an ability to facilitate teamwork, to motivate others and to be an inspirational role model. Do you need leaders which are arrogance and a team member burst out crying, when the plan is not in order? Leader with high EQ think before acting. They can hear the truth whether it comes from other or within the organization. They move around the organization, listening and building relationships. They're understands the needs of others, to read emotional reaction and to motivate through what's important to the other person. They are able to motivate them self to achieve, and can inspire commitment and hard work in others even in the most difficult times.

• Aim high, but not too high. If you think you’re going to build a successful company overnight, you’re setting yourself up for a big let down. Think realistic. Most goals take time to achieve. You should set high standards, and you should challenge yourself to do the unthinkable. However, setting unachievable goals will only discourage you. When you want to accomplish something, don't ignore the odds that you're up against. Rather, consider them and realize that you can beat these odds within reasonable standards - keeping in mind that you are not superhuman. Building a successful business is a process that requires a lot of time and energy. How high you are aiming should be based on a realistic time line. • Rules... o well, there's a case in this year sport day. They're strong, they might get first, but they lost because the RULES are strongest than they do.

• You want a grand project; you want it to be done following plans. Hey who don't want it? It's easy for you to say, why? Because you're not the one who doing it... Hey we don't judge of things according to our own private appetites and selfish passions

This year sport practice was fascinating, 3 houses against 1. Why? How could it happen? "Ah-ha simply because the captain for that house are too arrogant", that was what majority says.

Well... to be honest i never ever take part in the grave-sweeping day in my entire 17 years of life. Na~ I'm not trying to show off, just glad that my dearest grandma and grandpa(mother side) are still with me. In fact, there are few more reasons:

1. I don't have a home town... 100% city girl ( ok ok... i know... probably you'll give me a =.=||)
2. My grandparent(father side) past away, when i was really young, so parents ask us to stay at home instead of going to the "grave-sweeping".
   
3. Mother don't want me to go, she very pandang larang one. she scare all those "super nature" stuff.
4. I'm really lucky, because my popo and gonggong are still with me! (appreciate it!)

Most people heard about "ching ming", but i believe only some of us know the meaning of it. So... since i'm super duper free today, i gonna blog about it.. Ching Ming "ching" meaning pure or clean, and "ming" meaning clear or brightness. Combined together, Ching Ming means cleans and clear. O.o
